Uninstallation #
Uninstalling the software or app requires your personal password. Without this password, uninstallation is not possible. If you have forgotten your password, you can restore it at any time using the following link. Whenever possible, uninstall while an internet connection is available: only then is the device also deregistered in the Web Portal and the licence released again. Without a connection the uninstall does work as well, but the device stays behind in the Web Portal as a dead entry - you should only do that in an emergency (e.g. the Wi-Fi has failed, no credit left on the SIM card).
